Cam is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineering (QUT – 1989), a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and holds an additional Diploma of Food Technology through QAC.

Cam has 30 years’ experience across high value construction and design projects and operational processing facilities within the upstream oil and gas, mining, refining and manufacturing sectors, within Australia and abroad.

Cams’ personal portfolio of experience includes:

  • Almost 10 year’s extensive involvement in the bauxite mining and alumina refining industry, having worked at Rio Tinto Alcan’s Gove alumina refinery, including operational and project appointments such as Mechanical Engineering Superintendent, Site Manager & Senior Project Leader
  • 5 years’ experience on $multi-billion Coal Seam Gas gathering and trunkline construction projects, and associated facility pipework fabrication and installation
  • Several years’ experience working in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on process improvements and capital projects in Australia and China
  • Several years’ experience in copper mining and processing, including design and assessment of various mechanical equipment and a vast array of materials handling systems and equipment
  • +15 years’ experience of Owner Team experience.

Cam combines a versatile and hands on approach with high level engineering expertise, building strong relationships with all stakeholders to accurately understand the issues at hand, before building a suitable course of action. He then collaborates with the Client/s throughout the creation and implementation processes, always with a focus on safe, cost effective, sustainable and overall high quality delivery.

Campbell Foster

Lead Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineer

Campbell has +25 years’ experience in the development and delivery of Greenfield and Brownfield civil construction projects, as well as for live operational continuous processing facilities across the oil and gas, mining, minerals refining, civil infrastructure and building sectors, across Australia and SE Asia. A specialist in full lifecycle project engineering from initial concept through to detailed design, construction, installation and hand over, scheduling, cost control, procurement, site engineering and installation support. Highly proficient with hydrocarbons pipelines and gas compression facilities, alumina refining infrastructure, bauxite and coal mining facilities, as well as steel and reinforced concrete, foundations and piling, and the geotechnical aspects of projects.

Vinh Ho

Mechanical and Piping Engineering, Project Management

Vinh is a Chartered Professional Engineer, with nearly twenty years post graduate experience working on oil & gas & mining projects within Australia, Vietnam & Africa.  Key projects include mega Coal Seam Gas ($20billion QCLNG project), power plants, desalination plants, coal handing facilities, and brownfield oil & gas projects in Africa and Vietnam.  Vinh is fluent in English, Vietnamese and French, and has many contacts in Vietnam.

Lynn Norsworthy

Hazardous Energy Controls Specialist, Change and Business Improvement Manager

Lynn holds +30 years’ experience across the resources and energy industries. Specialises in the conceptual design and implementation of integrated scheduling, Permit to Work (PTW), isolations and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) systems, collaborating cross-functionally to create strategies which deliver major improvements. Highly skilled in the development, implementation and leadership of business improvement projects and change management processes that maximise production, systems and safety performance, whilst reducing cost and waste. He is also a qualified and experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with experienced in business improvement projects in the minerals processing and energy distribution sectors.

Jon Seem

Projects, Process Improvement and Commissioning Specialist

+30 years’ experience in the alumina refining and base metals mining sectors, within Australia and abroad. An expert in the strategic design, implementation and commissioning of innovative multi-discipline capital improvement projects, control and automation systems that maximise performance visibility, with additional experience in the management of daily operational controls. Holds detailed working knowledge of alumina refinery and base metals mining infrastructure and operating systems encompassing Redside, Whiteside, Utilities, Central Control Room, Materials Handling, In-loading and Out-loading.  Jon is also a qualified and experienced HAZOP and CHAZOP facilitator.

Qualified Electrician

A trade Qualified Electrician with +25 years’ experience on Greenfield & Brownfield project & operations across the bauxite, alumina, gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc & iron ore mining & refining & upstream coal seam gas sectors within Australia. Specialises in the design & drafting, installation, termination, calibration, testing, completions, commissioning & preventative, breakdown & shutdown maintenance of a wide range of electrical & instrumentation systems & equipment used to power, control & safeguard continuous minerals & hydrocarbons processing plant. Highly experienced in major hazardous facilities, with exceptional autonomous fault-finding & troubleshooting capabilities.
